You sound like a bunch of old blue haired women gossiping at the country club. LMPD is full of people who only got hired or promoted because they were on somebody's good side. It's good they have so many spots for Majors, Lt's, Sgt's and other office jobs to keep the less competent people away from the street where they could get somebody hurt.

The tourniquet video which starred Kenneth Betts, was a joke. The lights, sirens, cops and robbers theme was over the top. Metro EMS did a fantastic job explaining the procedure, Kenneth however is still immature.
