Email is a big time waster. Remove all the PCs, get rid of all the stupid forms more than 2 pages, demote or lay off all the paperpushers and get people back to policing again. This cell phone yapping, form filling, facebooking, tweeting, emailing bureaucracy is taking away from public safety.
