Metrosafe criticized following latest Rubbertown chemical leak

I wasnt bashing all dispatchers. I was bashing the organization of Metrosafe. It is ran horribly with no checks and balances, discipline etc...... The place is a joke. Good dispatcher work in a horrible situations

We've been as divided as it comes forever...and always will be. We have Dems and Repubs, gays and straights, men and women, fighters and balless wonders. We have hardworking, dedicated officers and lazy pieces of camel dung. We have nearly uneducated idiots and those with PHD's. We have three tiers to our retirement system and more changes to come I'm sure. We have evolved and will continue to do so. The insurance issue will divide us no more than we already are divided. That being said, I agree that Metro Safe is a bad idea. Hell, some that have gone to the same type of system are going back to the "old way" when the radio room was under the command of the police department. Hopefully we will too. There are some good folks that work there and it would be nice to once again say that they worked WITH us, for the PD.
