What is the 1st thing lawyers request in a lawsuit against a public servant and the city? Answer: Training Records, because they want to try to claim improper training. What kind of training are they going to show for these drivers. I'm saying run them through training and qualification. Also, why can't I carry my 1911 on my duty belt? Answer: because SOP says I can't. What SOP does VIU have for firearms? Why do we have SOPs? Answer: mitigate lawsuits. Who pays? We all do!
