KSP wants a reputation for running their academy like some Navy Seal training camp. A lot of cops are disillusioned into thinking that kind of training is needed for a civilian police force. Yes, you do need discipline and structure, but to brag that you will have so many drop out before they graduate tells me KSP is way off base.
