KSP said they lose 20% on average...not 50% plus...

Only thing I can recall in the last 5 years is the Trooper that hit and killed a woman because of what was deemed "inattentive" driving (I interpreted this as texting, but eh, who knows). He wasn't fired though.

LMPD has more officers than KSP. Louisville has 4 news stations and a Newspaper. The city of Louisville has the largest population with racial, social economic, and cultural differences than the rest of the state. Of course there is going to be more allegations of misconduct. Don't forget there are like 1200 Metro Officers.
