LMPD officer charged with official misconduct after ordering woman to strip

I hope these "No" voters are just the vocal minority. I really need a raise. An immediate 3% with 2's across the board for the next 5, in conjunction with step raises sounds pretty good to me! And we keep our awesome insurance. I think some of these "No" voters have never had a private sector job in their life! We are coming out of a Recession (hopefully); this is great compared to what people in the private sector have been getting. And don't give me that crap we put more on the line and work so much harder....This job rocks! and you know it. I have a boss for 10 minutes a day (roll call) then I'm on my own with great pay and benefits. If we turn this down we are stupid!!! I've heard people say vote no, get "The Blue Flu" and let the public know. If the public heard what we get paid, about our health care, our pension, and heard we refused this raise, they would call us the bunch of spoiled cry baby brats and there would be a backlash.

I would like to know why my union dues are going up, what do you make an hour? Multiply that times 3 now divide by 12 then add that to you union dues.
