I'm thinking back to all the previous contracts I've worked under. None had any changes except pay and insurance except the last one that had shift differential. Even with raises in all the contracts before, they always raised our insurance premiums and we never really got a raise, be broke even if we were lucky. This contract has MANY changes - stuff that is good for officers. It also has raises for 6 years that are locked in along with no raise in insurance. We actually get a raise! I don't remember the last time that happened. Who are the people saying "no"? This is a no brainer. Yes all the way.
- No!!! for me as well 11 years ago
