You guys don't understand how the system and law works. There is no "renegotiation". They don't get to go back to the same table. They have spent nearly two years at that table trading counter offers to get to this. The true negotiation is over, hence why we are being presented a contract. Here is how it realistically works in a nut shell: They negotiate and agree on a potential contract (where we are now). We vote. If we say yes, we get what is in the contract. If we say no, a BS procedural ceremony
