OK,so,why even vote?? Why do we even go thru this process if in the end we cant renegotiate and the city gets to give us what ever they want? That doesn't make since to me. Its like the city gets to punish us for taking a stand on something. According to what you're saying all this is just a farce and the FOP membership doesn't have a say at all, it comes down to what the FOP prez and the people doing the negotiations decide.
