Its not a misd. like DC or even DUI.. He used his position to SEXUALLY ABUSE SOMEONE... Fire Hime

I do believe there is a mentioned officer that had domestic vilence and a restraining orders before and after he was hired. If memory serves me, he was promoted by our last Chief.
