You're so right...the justice system is the LEAST of his worries. Have you ever known of anybody going back to jail after they were released for whatever reason (home incarceration or ROR). Once you're out, you're out. He will definately be terminated even if he is found not guilty. Let's all say it together: Conduct Unbecoming of a Police Officer.
