We don't buy our own uniforms...we get an allowance for that. Stop trying to tell others how to vote. Voting is a right and each person has a right to vote however they see fit. You get one vote just like everybody else.

Do you all really buy your own radar?

If you are a traffic car you get a radar. If you are not a traffic car you don’t need a radar. Ride your beat and seek out crime, not violations. If you are running radar and your primary job is not to be a dedicated traffic officer, then you need some more field training time. BTW – no one is made to buy a radar or a PBT. They don’t give them to you because you don’t need them. If you don’t know how to ride your beat or lock up a DUI without a PBT then by all means go to a dept that issues such equipment to everyone. I’m sure your beat would be better served my friend.
