Your behavior is borderlining on causing damage to the reputation to the Department. I wish the Department would take steps to find out who you are and discipline you. You were only able to obtain the officer's image through your position at work. Now you have chosen to deface that image. I think that is a fireable offense although you will hide again behind "freedom of speech".
