Memphis mayor says police union's 'danger' billboards hurting city's image

20k base increase for a 6k per year health insurance is a no brainer winner here guys n gals. like it was posted - that extra 20k counts toward pension. besides you end up with more annually anyway. is there really an argument here? i just see common horse sense.
