Kentucky students must be read Miranda rights at school if police are present

brother or sister I am embarrassed for you.... nothing is done in secrecy I have been taught this many times and have done it countless times over 20 plus years and EVERY prosecutor I have had a case with where this was done was 100 percent in agreeance and nothing has ever been suppressed and every defense attorney knew what was done because it is legal and acceptable. I feel sorry for you.

I also "understand" what you are saying and you are wrong. There is no problem with it and it is perfectly fine to do as they said with no miranda and let them walk and tame an arrest warrant..
