You r another goof....THERE IS NOOOOOOOO FINE LINE. LOL you all crack me up. I have done it and will continue to do it because it it a 100% acceptable practice in the USA. Wow no wonder the vast majority of cases the Commonwealth gets SUCK ( their words not mine) because there is not REAL DETECTIVE TRAINING on this dept. if u learn from an idiot u will detect like a idiot.
