Everyone on here agree with 10.7.2 except where one poster said read them there rights before u cuff them. But you can do a NON CUSTODIAL interview all day everyday and not read them their rights, let them go and charge them later.. A kid or adult. I am embarrassed for some of you. No wonder no one learns from expierenced officer and screw their cases up so bad.
