Man I see your point here on the miranda thing and custody and all that, but, you are on borrowed time doing that. Just because you can do something doesn't always mean you should. If you keep doing this you will get yourself in a bind one day and have to explain it and to your horror, it will not fly. These liberal judges and attorneys here in this county are just waiting to get someone like you. If it comes out that you coerced a suspect into a confession based on avoiding miranda, YOU ARE SCREWED! Be careful. If that were to happen then they could go back and reevaluate all your cases, which you don't want. I'm not so much against what you are doing, just saying its a real fine line, more than you realize.
