Kentucky students must be read Miranda rights at school if police are present

but they didn't say the police questioned the student. It was the principal who questioned the student with the officer present. So the SOP would not have applied here. Lets face it, even you , do not read rights to every kid you stop to talk to about their activity.

I even hear stupid cops say you can ask ur arrested person the debriefing form without reading them their miranda rights. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ur asking them about others crimes not their crimes.
