That's No surprise!!! He spends most his time in the West End, he needs to put his office there.

Smith told the commission it likely will need to raise the money for any tree study because Louisville continues to be strapped for funds. The study’s estimated cost is $200,000 to $300,000.

This is the kind of garbage the city likes to spend money on so it can't go to raises. You can't preserve every big tree on private land. If you think it's that important then go buy the land with your own money, but not with my money. The big government mentality is spending this city and this country into bankruptcy.
