Good point. The officers were lucky that they found drugs on the suspect, but out of line with their taser methods. I also suggest to stop with the standard line: "they were concerned with the safety of the suspect." This line was also used in a profile incident that went very bad with a Fort Knox wounded Vetran in the Fifth Divsion. There was not an AIR generated on that call also which resulted in policy changes and mandatory training.
