Too bad there's no mention of a drug user being taken off the street even if only for a night. Who was also driving while impaired on narcotics.

When will you Officer's learn. Let these criminals pack this city off then the Chief will take the handcuffs off the officers. It is very easy to enact policies when all the Executive Command Staff sit behind a desk and are not out in the real world.
