Hey Stupid: There is no predictable pattern for the outcome of cases. It is possible to be a detective and not have any indictments in two years just the same as it is possible to work in the 1st Division on midwatch and not make an arrest in months. It is not a measurement of ones work productivity. No commander will ever make this an issue because unlike you they live in the real world.
