He pulled the same stunt and took the Sergeants test 2 years ago when he knew he as not eligible. That time he went by his hire date and not his sworn date. He is an example of why we need to stop hiring kids, he needs to mature.

How can the vast majority of District Detectives (not flex) especially with two or more years (many much more) have ZEROOOOOO indictments in the last 2-3 years. Many have less than 2 in year.
