Can you imagine how many people would be fired if LMPD listened everytime an FTO recommended a recruit be fired? Most of the time, those recommendations are just a bunch of high school personality clashes. NO FTO should be given that much power. Ever! Apparently the department agrees, because it has NEVER happened.
