Another arrogant " I'm a police officer so I'm above the law attitude," they will end up firing him and hiring another goof in his place. I really don' t what has happened to the hiring process on this dept that we keep letting people like this get on the dept. We had very little of this 20 years ago but it is getting bad now. Chief clean up your "DEPTS" act and get it back on track to do what they were hired to do "POLICE."
