"If you are going to slap a prisoner, don't slap like a sissy."

Before that ridiculous sentence you sounded serious. There is never a justifiable reason to slap a handcuffed prisoner, even if there are no cameras recording it.

Does slapping a prisoner mean the same thing as slapping your monkey? If so.......guilty!
