I like what the last post said anout the new training officer, she may better be suited in the training track, but should not attack one's character. Try and treat others with respect, starting with your fellow officers. The reason there is not a brotherhood is because to many officers like you take great plearure shooting down other suggestive viewpoints. You like shooting down everyone that angers you but you have no idea how others see you as a certified bully. One is a boyscout the other has blatant insecurities.

You both have to work on your grammar, but one needs to take some seroius anger management classes. As smart police officers, I think you will be able to figure out who should take note of these matters.
