especially when there are patrol cafs with 180,000 plus miles that are falling apart at every turn and to think there are 12 year old pieces of crap in patrol. EVERY ONE IN COMMAND says "PATROL IS THE BACKBONE OF THE DEPT". No one puts their money where there mouth is. Patrol has the worst cars, always understaffed and I would venture to say only 45% of the dept is in patrol when that number should be at least 60%....
