The Chief I personally think is doing a good job. The man came into this position and was told to leave the command staff as it is, hard to move forward when you still have last years newspaper laid out in front of you.

I concur. In his first year, the Chief is doing a good job. At least he listens and talks with the troops. That is a moral boost.
