Experience has the final word. Passed down to officers who are willing to listen. Experience prevents what happened to those officers from happening again. If just one of the operators of those vehicles had remembered what had been passed down from other officers experience it would not have happened. Just because young officers are out there being "police" doesn't mean its a good thing because if they aren't doing it in such a way learned from experienced officers then bad things happen. Every
