Victim dies in shooting; officers injured while heading to scene

Experience has the final word. Passed down to officers who are willing to listen. Experience prevents what happened to those officers from happening again. If just one of the operators of those vehicles had remembered what had been passed down from other officers experience it would not have happened. Just because young officers are out there being "police" doesn't mean its a good thing because if they aren't doing it in such a way learned from experienced officers then bad things happen. Every situation is different but if officers have paid attention to experienced officers then they have a better idea of how to handle it, the wisdom to think ahead of the different possibilities that could come up and prepare accordingly. Experienced officers have the final say.
