personally, I think you should be on for at least 5 yrs prior to being an FTO. (unless previous yrs on other dept). 3 is not enough.

and what is up with the peer reviews? no point in doing them when a major can over ride them for lil stat monkeys that make numbers only. it has really turned into a joke. kids training kids now. the FTO program used to be taken seriously. now the P.arent T.eacher O.rganization is a joke. sad.
