These would all be great points. IF the officers involved were rookies. Check again. And who do rookies have to look up to for guidance? Most of the experienced officers have moved to daywork or are ROD (or both). I guess it's more entertaining to gripe about rookies, than to teach them. Lord knows if you spent that energy mentoring new guys/gals, you might just train your way out of things to complain about. Wouldn't that be terrible.
