Conrad, "We cant arrest our way out of the situation". Then what is VIPER for? The unit has arrested and confiscated over 100 firearms. I applaud VIPER for the impact they are placing on these thugs lives. They need some much needed love from the Police. But, we are still arresting our way out of situations. Can we reform these good citizens by giving their voting rights back? LOL. We as a society/taxpayers are already paying their rent, free education, food, vehicle maintenance and much, much more.
