Barbara Shanklin plans to sue Mayor Fisher

Oh please. They are trying to get the guy to give himself up. This announcement of a probe is appeasing, not legitimate. There have been multiple witness accounts (from citizens, not cops) that stated his FTO did not use the force he claimed she used. His complaint also came right after she turned in a negative report on how he was doing. He was being vengeful, just as he is now in killing random people who had NOTHING to do with his termination. Please don't be a fool.
