Barbara Shanklin plans to sue Mayor Fisher

Publish my IP address on an anonymous site and I'll see you in Circuit Court, especially when no one else's is published. Since there is no registration required to make a post, no one has a right of ownership to any screen name. To post a threat or some other public safety post is one thing. To publish an IP address to "out" somebody for something you don't like is begging to dragged in civil court.
