I see the same officers at the Highland Starbucks all the time showing their utube videos and telling war stories to one another. I saw Joe citizen ask them a question and the officers were bothered that their show and tell time was disrupted. You may have been a college boy or Soldier at one time, but you are now with LMPD and people are always watching our actions.
