Gun Shop owner says New Albany was scammed during gun buyback event

Why would you want to even vote on "you get the same insurance as everybody else (costing you about 5K more a year) and a few 1% raises"? Not even worth voting on. Everybody knows that's the holdup. Don't bring it till its worth it.
