Gun Shop owner says New Albany was scammed during gun buyback event

Since it is just a name plate, I don't see the harm in actual sworn time elsewhere being reflected. Not sure what the rule is or if there is one. What KB has done is just a joke. In 1995, he was in what? 4th grade? Can you imagine if an attorney questioned his integrity on the stand by bringing up how he misrepresents himself in uniform every day?
