I believe you're confusing "camaraderie" with "cliques". The kind of camaraderie I speak of is when you don't have to worry about whether an officer will back you up if they don't personally "like" you, or are dispatched. I worked with many other officers over the years, some I was more fond of than others, and some I just down right didn't care for.
