Murder rate spiking in Metro Louisville

You love it, don't you? Anything to sabotage the initiatives of the department as long as you personally don't have to get your hands dirty. You think as long as you can sit back quietly and watch the train wreck off the radar, you can lust in the "failures" of Viper Unit and the department. You are the epitome of a Hater. 46% cleared (29 of 63) is not very good compare fo 70% in years past (according to the story in the CJ today).....For those who left in past last couple years did the Lt, Major, Lt. Col., Chief ask why people are leaving/retiring in droves.
