Well if someone on the committee told you we would be voting by last September then that person doesn't have good info so why would you think the committee would know? If that person means Sept 2013, then you already have your answer. Either way I bet your source isn't supposed to be running their mouth because it starts all kinds of rumors and speculation, like this:).

BTW- Dave sent out an email and posted on the website that he thought the committee would have something for us soon. You might want to make sure the FOP has your email address. It was sent out a few weeks ago.
