Why?

Every other officer in the state of Ky gets a Police car? Why is Louisville so different?

The city would save a lot of money if they would just make the cars only to drive to work and to home only no off duty work or driving with the family to shopping centers, or could be like other large citys be a Sergeant befor get a take home car.
