Thinking the Unthinkable

RE: Thinking the Unthinkable

You must be one of those moron citizen. You know, one that no one else likes. Trying to lump people together (like we both just did) is ignorant. There are many officers with degrees that are great police, and even more, great people. "Street smarts" and "book smarts" aren't mutually exclusive. Like in every profession, there are over-educated individuals that don't have a clue, but knocking someone strictly on the basis that they aren't some old salty dog that has been around the block is ridiculous.

Your incident more than likely, didn't go down the way you portray it, but I wasn't there so I can't know for sure. There are several parts that are hard to believe, but stranger things have happened. If it all happened precisely as you've described it, I'm wasting my time having a battle of wits with you. You've clearly come unarmed. The worst Public Defender on earth could have danced circles around the prosecution in a case like that.

Again, parents are fully within their rights to discipline their children (spankings and all). And I hate to burst your bubble, but most police officers know criminal law better than you're giving them credit for. So we can agree to disagree.
