Great. Another cop hater because things somehow didn't go their way.
So they just have to come on here and biotch about it. If you "know those cops personally" then take it up with them.

Sounds like the one to blame is your attorney, you accepted a plea deal. He told you what was on the table and gave you advice. I would have taken it to court, but yes, that costs money and time. If it happened as you said, you were clearly in the right. And I'll note, while grandma may have pursued the charges, it would up to the juvenile to testify about what happened, and changes are, he'd have been unsuccessful. Personally, I'd have been asking the prosecutor about more charges on him for intimidating a witness (you) in a legal proceeding.
