You also have a bad habit of spouting off non proven facts. I don't see why you find it out of the realm of possibilities that there are still more former City/County officers on the department than MAC officers. Sooner or later the numbers will undoubtedly shift, but I have always argued against those who defiantly make the claim with nothing except assumptions. I don't know anyone's motivations, but there are still more former City/County officers on the department to this date.
