if you see what ems and correction took.....it had a zero and cut thousands in OT. I posted "contract" and have been around over 23 years... I know we will be offered a zero and we will take it cause we are weak. Not many large cities take 18 plus months to get a contract for police...usually 2-4 months Tops.....our government is a JOKE and we take it...just like being the lowest paid dept of our size in the USA.... We are dumb and take.... trust me we willlllllll approve a zero or two.
