The Administrative Bureau and Training buy the weapons, but they don't maintain them. How would they know new ones need to be purchased? The Glock manual says pistols used for law enforcement should be inspected each year by a qualified armorer. Anyone doing this? Buying new guns doesn't prevent malfunctions. New guns can have problems too.
